このワークショップは、ジーナが毎年開催している「声とビジョンのワークショップ」の凝縮版として、今回初めて日本の皆様に特別にお届けいたします。
ジーナが皆様とともにマントラを唱えながら、肉体に存在しながらマインドを鎮め、ハートを開いていきます。
そして瞑想と実践へ導きながら、神から呼び起こされた2021年のビジョンを「受け止める」ことができるようにしてくれます。
それを実現するためにビジョンの喜びを感じ、実践を通じて制限されていた信念や思考パターンに気づいて解放します。

All welcome as global vocalist and life-long chanter Gina Salā guides us an experience of the power of sound and mantra to help calm our minds and open our hearts to the highest vision of our lives. This is a condensed version of Gina's annual Voice and Vision workshop, offered for the first time now especially for Japanese friends and students. Gina Salā will guide participants in chants and mantra to become present in the body, calm the mind, open the heart. Then will guide us in meditation and practices to allow us to “catch” the Divine inspired vision for our lives in 2021. To allow it to manifest, we will feel into the delight of the vision and use practices to notice and release limiting beliefs and patterns. Follow up sessions are available. No experience needed.
